Bringing Wildlife Into Your Garden
Presented by: Gloria Douglass
Our speaker tonight is Gloria Douglass who will bring her experi-ence and expertise on how to create a natural habitat for wildlife right in your own backyard. She will discuss how to create a bal-anced eco-system by planting native plants and shrubs to encour-age native wildlife into your garden. By creating a balanced eco-system, you will enhance your property and decrease pestilence!
Gloria has been an organic gardener for over 15 years and an avid gardener for the past 30 years. She is a Certified Rutgers Master Gardener and Director of the American Gardener Educational Foundation. In 2005 she started her organic gardening business and has finally found her niche. Her desire is to educate all who have an interest in learning about organic gardening or just want to gain knowledge on preserving our natural resources and creat-ing a clean environment for future generations. Her home is known as Gloria’s Garden Retreat where she holds educational garden tours and garden retreats.
Life is a Lesson
Life is an ongoing lesson
You live it everyday.
Love it or hate it
You cannot get away.
Everyday you learn something
Whether you want to or not.
Life is ever teaching
Take advantage of what you got.
The lesson that life gives
Be it good or be it bad.
We must all learn to live with it
Let us pray it makes us happy, not sad.
