  &lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;font face="Ubuntu"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EVERYBODY WINS at HSSJ plant swaps!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Ubuntu"&gt;Our plant swap works a little differently than most plant swaps. Please read the guidelines and how-to below.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Ubuntu"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Guidelines:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;ul&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;You may bring multiple plants. &lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 16px;" color="#222222" face="Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif"&gt;If you cannot bring a plant, please purchase a plant at a local garden center to contribute.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;Arrive about 6:30 pm to get your plants on the tables so our event can start at 7pm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;Suggested items include houseplants, seedlings, seeds, bulbs, succulents and cacti, water plants, gardening books, and clean garden tools in good condition.&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;No invasive, sick, or insect-infested plants.&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;If potting up plants from the garden, please do so a couple of days in advance.&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;Label your plant and list growing instructions.&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;Please make sure items are neatly contained (no overflowing water or dirt) to minimize mess in the meeting space.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
  &lt;/ul&gt;

  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Ubuntu"&gt;&lt;u&gt;How-to&lt;/u&gt;:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  &lt;ul&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Everyone gets one ticket. Please do not lose this.&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;Once we are ready to begin, the announcer will call out a ticket number. If that's you, you go up to the tables full of plants and select one item. Then you go and sit down.&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;Once all tickets have been called, we will do it all over again.&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;There are typically about 3 or 4 rounds depending on how many plants are brought to the event.&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;When there are not enough plants to do a full round, it will be opened up for first come first served. No stampeding please.&lt;/li&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;If there are still plants left over and no one wants them, they go home with the person who brought them.&lt;/li&gt;
